We’re proud of the fact that parents entrust us with the care and development of their greatest treasure, and we know our mission couldn’t be more important. So we must be at our best every day because we are charged with bringing out their best. If that can be defined as a job, it’s the best job ever. Hands down.

Our team is phenomenal. And we don’t mean phenomenal in that generic way it’s thrown around these days. We truly are an exceptional community where accomplished professionals with backgrounds in education, law, finance, marketing, business, and professional sports come together with promising students and recent grads to work towards a shared mission. This mix challenges everyone to grow as both leaders and learners, and we are passionate about every team member’s continued evolution and development. We hold each other to the same high standard to which we hold ourselves, but we also care deeply about each other, laugh hard every day, and always have each other’s back. If that sounds like a lot of pressure, correct. We don’t take this ‘phenomenal’ thing lightly.
