Junior Day Camp – Half Day – Bethesda (Seven Locks)

For many of our Junior Day Campers, we are their first camp experience. So we go above and beyond to make sure both campers and parents feel comfortable – from our friendly carpool drop off, to our highly-trained staff. We work with teachers and child development experts to create a dynamic program that focuses on school readiness, emphasizing fine motor development, following multi-step directions, expanding expressive vocabulary, and promoting persistence, all while offering the best of summer camp! Your child will do everything from sports and games to music and movement, as well as have the opportunity to make friends and learn skills to increase his or her independence.

Junior Day Camp at our Seven Locks (Bethesda) location will be all outdoors. Campers will be provided with abundant water and shade breaks to beat the heat. In cases of inclement weather, we may need to end the camp day early if we deem it unsafe for campers.

Welcome to CAMPelot

Hear ye, hear ye! Calling all lads and dames to the town square of Headfirst Campelot! Grab ye swords, put on ye helmets, and prepare for battle! Well, a battle of emotions, at least. This week at Headfirst, campers will travel back in time to join the quest of becoming a knight at King Arthur’s round table. We need you or the castle of Headfirst Campelot might just crumble to the ground!

Pond Pals

From tadpoles to swans and lily pads to algae — so many animals and plants call the Headfirst Pond their home. Just like us, these animals and plants grow, develop and change. Join us as we explore, create and learn about the watery wetland world.
