Learn about the Headfirst Philosophy

Why We're Different

Headfirst Summer Camps were founded on the principle that sports teach kids more than just how to play a game. In fact, sports and games are one of the best ways to develop social emotional skills, such as positive thinking and resiliency. Our Multi-Sport camp also emphasizes physical literacy, which is the ability to move well in a variety of activities and environments. By focusing on a different skill each week, such a vertical jumps, upper body strength and catching, campers can practice setting goals and working toward their own personal best.
