Each day at Nationals Camp is intentionally designed to feel connected and purposeful from start to finish. Campers move through pro-style training stations focused on hitting, fielding, throwing, and baserunning, then apply those skills in scrimmages and competitive game scenarios. Team huddles, coach check-ins, and recognition moments are woven throughout the day so players understand what they’re working toward and where they’re improving. The result is a fast-paced, immersive experience that balances structure and freedom—giving campers the confidence to try, adjust, and grow.

Each week includes a special visit to Nationals Park, where campers step into the environment where the pros play and experience the standards, traditions, and energy of the Big Leagues. Campers meet a current or alumni Nationals player, receive an autographed photo, and take part in moments that make the experience feel truly elevated. Back at camp, four full days are dedicated to high-energy instruction, competitive gameplay, and earned recognition tied to effort, improvement, and team impact. Campers wear the official Nationals Summer Camps uniform and participate in pro-inspired rituals and acknowledgments that reinforce progress, pride, and momentum—on and off the field.
