Fall 2020 Policies

Fall 2020 Policies:

  • Refunds will not be granted for Headfirst Clubhouse tuition. If your camper can no longer attend, we are happy to issue you a credit for the full amount that has been paid.
  • In addition, payment plans will not be available for Headfirst Clubhouse tuition. Full tuition amount will be due at time of registration.
  • In the case of inclement weather and a canceled session, your camper will be given the opportunity to use one (1) rain date. Our Customer Care team will be in touch to schedule as needed.

Once the Camp session starts:

  • Families can receive daily prorated credit based on the family’s decisions to not attend camp for COVID related symptoms/decisions or decisions made by Headfirst related to suspending camp due to safety protocols.
