2024 Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before May 1st:

  • A full, 100% credit towards a future Headfirst Summer Camp to be used through 2025 OR;
  • A full refund on camp tuition and add-on purchases. Credit Card Processing Fees are not subject to refunds.

If credit was used to purchase any portion of the 2023 session being cancelled, a full credit in the corresponding amount will be issued back to the family account.

After May 1st:

  • A full, 100% credit towards a future Headfirst Summer Camp to be used through 2025.
  • No refunds will be issued.

If credit was used to purchase any portion of the 2023 session being cancelled, a full credit in the corresponding amount will be issued back to the family account.

LESS than 14 days prior to the start of a registered session:

  • A 50% credit towards a future Headfirst Summer Camp to be used through 2025.

TRANSFER POLICY

Transfers between programs are allowed up to 14 days prior to the start of the new program, as long as capacity exists in the program being transferred into.

CAMP ABSENCE POLICY

No prorated credit will be provided for any missed day(s) of camp programming.

POTTY TRAINING POLICY

All campers attending Headfirst Summer Camps are expected to be fully potty-trained by their first day of camp. We ask that families provide an extra set of clothes with campers, if a camper has a history of bathroom accidents. If an accident occurs during camp hours, a member of our Leadership Team will notify the camper’s primary parent/guardian.

If our on-site staff determines that your camper is not fully independent in toileting while at Headfirst Camps, we reserve the right to dismiss your camper. This will occur without a refund (or portion thereof) or credit towards a future program. This will occur only after parent/staff discussion has occurred.
