Summer 2020 Policy Update

Starting July 1, 2020, Headfirst Summer Camps cancellation policy is the following:

  • Fourteen (14) days or more before enrolled camp week, our updated 2020 policy remains that families can receive a 115% credit if they for any reason notify Headfirst that they are unable to attend.
  • Less than fourteen (14) days before enrolled camp week, our updated 2020 policy allows for families to receive a 100% credit if they for any reason notify Headfirst that they are unable to attend.
  • After July 1, 2020, no refunds will be granted (except in the event that Headfirst cancels camp for any reason).

Once the Camp week starts:

  • Families can receive daily prorated credit based on the family’s decisions to not attend camp based on COVID related symptoms/decisions or decisions made by Headfirst related to suspending camp due to safety protocols.

If Headfirst is forced to cancel weeks or days of camps, we will implement our established cancellation policy and provide customers with full refund and credit options.
