Junior Day Camp – Full Day
For many of our Junior Day Campers, we are their first camp experience. So we go above and beyond to make sure both campers and parents feel comfortable – from our friendly carpool drop off, to our daily blog updates and photos, to our highly-trained staff. We work with teachers and child development experts to create a dynamic program that focuses on school readiness, emphasizing fine motor development, following multi-step directions, expanding expressive vocabulary and promoting persistence, all while offering the best of summer camp! Your child will do everything from arts & crafts to STEM, as well as have the opportunity to make friends and learn skills to increase his or her independence.
Why We're Different
For each week of camp, we create a dynamic, immersive story based on a theme, such as Superheroes, Dinosaurs, or the Arctic. Then, through the world we’ve created, campers enjoy activities and games designed to strengthen qualities like grit and optimism. To the kids, it feels like camp. But we know we’re accomplishing more. Check out our unique Super Six curriculum to learn how we help build character through story and play.
This schedule is representative of the schedule one group would follow. Each group follows a different schedule each day.
- Campers will have STEM, Creative Arts and Music & Movement each twice a week.
- Campers will also have Moon Bounce and Storytime throughout the week.
- Given the variance in schedules, lunch time is different for each group.
- Sunscreen is applied throughout the day in a scheduled manner.
